HMSHost is seeking a Baker responsible for preparing baked foods and following standard recipes to ensure high-quality service. You will communicate ticket times to the manager and servers, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

This non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager or General Manager depending on local requirements and offers opportunities for career growth within HMSHost.

Formación

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of related cooking experience; high-volume or fast casual dining preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and converse with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes to prepare food items including desserts and beverages.
• Estimate food requirements and plan production; communicate issues to management.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and equipment; adhere to food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage stock, dates, and temperature of products.
