Job Duties

• Prepare dough and batter, and bake various pastry and bread items in the oven
• Develop and manage a production schedule, setting daily quotas for optimal output
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor the quality of all baked goods, ensuring they meet established standards and are appropriately stored and packaged
• Operate and oversee the maintenance of baking equipment and machinery to guarantee smooth production processes
