We are a long established community oriented bakery, reopening under new ownership. Our from scratch menu focuses on bread and baked comfort food items.

Responsibilities

• Work with a small team to bake a variety of products from scratch, daily.
• Maintain an efficient, clean, organized and positive baking environment.
• Development and testing of new and seasonal products.
• Coordinate daily production requirements to meet customer demand.
• Troubleshoot production and operational issues.
• Assist management with production planning and operational improvements.
