Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily bakery production in a fast‑paced commercial environment. This position also provides the opportunity to contribute to recipe development and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of Filipino pastries using traditional and modern techniques.
  • Ensure that the quality, taste, and presentation of products meet bakery standards.
  • Manage daily production schedules and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new products.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a commercial bakery or food production environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and pastry production.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Creativity and passion for baking and pastry.
Assets but not required
  • Experience preparing Filipino breads and pastries such as pandesal, ensaymada, bibingka, kakanin, ube cakes, and similar traditional products.
  • Experience working with specialty or cultural baked goods.
  • Ability to follow traditional and specialty recipes.
Working Conditions

The position requires standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

Shift work, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
