Job summary

Farm Boy is hiring at its Ottawa stores to deliver welcoming customer service and keep departments looking their best. You’ll assist customers, stock and rotate products, and ensure clean, safe work areas. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; English fluency is essential, French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy standards.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Package, stock, rotate merchandise, and maintain accurate signage.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized; follow Health & Safety and Food Safety rules.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and assist teammates as needed.
• Support team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
