Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service and keep departments looking their best.

You’ll greet customers, assist with product knowledge, stock shelves, and maintain clean, organized display areas in a fast-paced store environment. Eligible candidates will work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential cooperation across departments.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with multiple deadlines, standing, heavy lifting, and work in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

• Follow corporate policies with focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and support team members as needed.
• Assist team with additional duties as required.

• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
