Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in retail management.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

• 21+ years of age due to forklift training requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end operations and lead building materials yard.

• Partner with front-end leadership to support sales execution.
• Review sales and operational data for improvements.
