Qualifications

• Post-secondary education with an administrative background or related work experience.
• Post-secondary education in a mathematical/accounting field or CPA enrollment is an asset.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Access.
• Strong process improvement capabilities and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-end accounting transactions and processes across multiple lines of business.
• Oversee complex financial transactions and investigations within SAP, FSCD, and Mainframe systems.
• Perform suspense account investigations and reconciliations for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Investigate and clear claims transactions using BEN, PAS, EAS, and E&C systems.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual suspense account reconciliations.
