City Wide Facility Solutions in Vancouver is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive outbound sales for janitorial and related services. You will research target businesses, contact potential clients, and set up appointments for our outside sales team.

You will perform 80–100 daily calls/emails, maintain CRM records, and contribute to weekly/monthly reports while aiming to hit revenue targets. Competitive hourly pay with commission and advancement opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of B2B outbound calling or cold prospecting experience.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Find and research businesses that can benefit from City Wide services.
• Make 80–100 sales calls and emails daily to prospective clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Manage and update CRM with calls, notes, and appointments.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports as requested.
• Achieve monthly activity and lead generation targets.
• Manage monthly email campaigns.
