Nestlé Canada is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager based out of our Montreal office, reporting to the Marketing VP. You will lead Out of Home marketing strategy for hospitality, restaurants, and offices and execute national plans by market segment.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in marketing or related fields, fluent in English and French, and experience in senior team management. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive compensation range with bonus eligibility.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Commercial is required.
• 12+ years in related fields such as Marketing (B2B/Trade), Key Account Management, E-business, on-trade business.
• 5 years of experience in senior team management.
• Experience presenting to senior management.

Mansioni

• Define segment-specific go-to-market strategies across products, pricing, promotions and services.
• Build awareness and acquisition through integrated campaigns, events and new channels.
• Partner with CRM, Customer Service and Sales on customer lifecycle plans.
• Lead annual B2B operating plans and KPIs by region and market segment; manage budgets and ERP purchasing.
