Job summary

VSI Technology in Mississauga is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the brand, services, and business objectives. This role develops and manages marketing content, coordinates campaigns, supports digital marketing efforts, and works with an external agency to keep the website and materials current.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing/coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with website CMS and coordinating with external agencies/vendors.
• Experience supporting sales initiatives and lead nurturing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience in security/tech/B2B services is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create and manage content for digital, print, social, email.
• Draft news articles, blog posts, case studies, newsletters.
• Coordinate with external marketing agency for website updates.
• Monitor website performance and provide improvements.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate internal communications and marketing initiatives.
• Track and report campaign performance and analytics.
• Manage marketing calendars and asset libraries.
• Support budgets, vendor relationships and agency invoices.
