Job summary

Teleperformance in Toronto seeks a seasoned B2B Customer Support Specialist III to resolve high-impact escalations and provide consultative product recommendations. You will manage distributor relationships end-to-end and drive account growth within a dynamic, multi-channel environment.

Reporting to the B2B Supervisor, this full-time role begins on-site for 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid work setup. A base rate of $25 CAD/hour plus a bonus of up to 5% based on KPI targets is offered, with

Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve high-complexity escalations (billing, logistics, disputes).
  • Provide consultative support and product recommendations aligned to customer needs.
  • Manage distributor and group channel relationships end-to-end.
  • Lead escalation handling and de-escalation conversations with key customers.
  • Identify and report systemic issues (process gaps, billing/logistics errors).
