Job summary

Teleperformance seeks an Accounts Receivable & Reporting SME to bridge customers and operations, handling escalations, master data integrity, and peer/client training. You will drive accuracy in invoicing, cash application, collections, deductions, and DSO analytics to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years in OTC/AR, proficiency with SAP Ariba and ERP systems, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Toronto

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
  • 2–3+ years in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or OTC operations.
  • Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba or Oracle ERP environments.
  • Strong knowledge of DSO, aging reports, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Escalation point for complex billing and operational issues.
  • Invoicing, cash application, and collections ownership.
  • Dispute resolution and deduction management with minimal aged items.
  • Monitor DSOs and aging trends; report findings to leadership.
  • Inbox management and first-contact resolution for AR inquiries.
  • Support system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements.
