What will you do?
Responsibilities
The Account Executive is responsible for boosting revenue and fostering sales expansion by identifying, engaging, and acquiring potential clients in a designated region. This involves:
- Creating new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and leading sales presentations.
- Building strong relationships between the company's products, services, and value proposition by engaging in meaningful conversations with senior IT executives within the assigned territory.
- Achieving and surpassing predefined objectives and performance metrics.
What are you required to have?
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of frontline sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Intellectual adaptability and inquisitiveness: willingness to learn about the product and customer, and apply this knowledge effectively.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills: ability to clearly and persuasively convey messages to internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Proficient active listening skills to respond effectively to customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle diverse sales activities efficiently.
- Persistence and resilience to manage setbacks and challenges creatively and effectively.
- Business acumen to leverage insights into the business and IT landscape.
- Self-motivation and self-awareness to understand personal strengths and areas for growth.
- Experience in advisory, information, or business services organizations is a plus.
