Role Overview:
As an AWS Technical Architect, you will:
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to improve agent experience and productivity.
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
- Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions.
- Lead discovery, build ROIs, and deliver presentations.
- Translate customer needs into contact center designs leveraging AWS and Salesforce.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams ensuring timely, quality delivery.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Drive best practices in contact center design.
- Manage project communications and deliver end-user training.
- Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects.
- Lead strategic discussions with contact center leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience with contact centers, integrations, APIs, scripting languages, and cloud architecture.
- Strong communication skills, troubleshooting, and automation knowledge.
- Certifications in AWS and Salesforce are preferred.
