Role Overview:

As an AWS Technical Architect, you will:

1. Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
2. Conduct technology assessments and audits to improve agent experience and productivity.
3. Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
4. Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions.
5. Lead discovery, build ROIs, and deliver presentations.
6. Translate customer needs into contact center designs leveraging AWS and Salesforce.
7. Oversee and mentor technical teams ensuring timely, quality delivery.
8. Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
9. Drive best practices in contact center design.
10. Manage project communications and deliver end-user training.
11. Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects.
12. Lead strategic discussions with contact center leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience with contact centers, integrations, APIs, scripting languages, and cloud architecture.
• Strong communication skills, troubleshooting, and automation knowledge.
• Certifications in AWS and Salesforce are preferred.
