Job summary

The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation is seeking an engaged, strategic and results-driven leader to head the Major & Transformational Gifts program. Reporting to the Vice President, Campaign & Development, the AVP will lead a talented team of fundraisers and shape strategy and operations across 25+ professionals.

The AVP will manage a personal portfolio of major donors and collaborate with PMCF and UHN leadership to drive philanthropic impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major gifts programs or campaigns.
• Strong donor stewardship and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute fundraising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Major & Transformational Gifts program.
• Manage a personal donor portfolio and guide staff portfolios.
• Collaborate with leadership, clinicians and researchers to achieve fundraising goals.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee team performance.
