Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Retail Wealth Platform strategy and transformation roadmap.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize advisor and client experiences.
Drive digital, data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities across the dealer.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and increase operational efficiency.
Partner with business leaders to build capabilities that support advisor growth and business expansion.
Provide strategic leadership on technology modernization and platform evolution.
