Job summary

Richardson Wealth is seeking a Senior Leader Operations to modernize and run its core operational ecosystem in a rapidly transforming wealth platform in Toronto. You will oversee end-to-end operations, drive efficiency, regulatory compliance, and advisor/client experience across onboarding, transfers, billing, payments, and complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field is required.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CSC, CIM) are an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management operations with advisor-facing processes.
• Proven track record leading operational teams in a regulated environment (CIRO/IIROC).
• Experience driving modernization, operational transformation, or scaling operations through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day oversight of core wealth dealer operations including account opening, transfers, settlements, and tax reporting.
• Drive operational accuracy, efficiency, and risk mitigation through modernization and automation.
• Oversee relationships with custodians and vendors, ensuring SLAs and service quality.
• Ensure readiness through system changes, platform enhancements, and new product launches.
• Oversee account opening activities and digital onboarding support; resolve exceptions.
• Oversee end-to-end fee administration, billing integrity, and governance over advisory fees.
• Manage payments operations with controls and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee estates and complex account structures, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Lead year-end operations, tax reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Champion governance, risk, and controls; drive reporting and analytics for KPIs.
