Job summary

Sun Life Québec is seeking a senior sales leader to coach and develop a team of Insurance and/or Wealth licensed Advisors. You will drive onboarding, readiness, and progression within Sun Life’s Advisor Development Program, focusing on sales capability and client outcomes.

You will partner with field leadership to manage progress, deliver coaching, and support successful transitions within the program, shaping the future of financial advice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Distribution, Insurance and Wealth business.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and manage advisors in a performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance and/or Wealth licensed Advisors.
• Support onboarding and readiness of advisors with success measures.
• Drive advisor development and ensure achievement of sales results.
