  2. Make official findings of compliance under Transport Canada Delegation
  3. Chase down new delegations and mentor future delegate stars
  4. Define avionics system specs and lay down certification plans like a pro
  5. Craft rock-solid reports that show how we meet (and exceed) certification requirements
  6. Be the go-to brain when field or production teams hit a snag
  7. Lead and mentor junior engineers
  8. Assess technical proposals and internal program changes with a critical eye
  9. Get hands-on with aircraft test programs
  10. Create and review engineering mods to support customer change requests
  11. Tackle Service Bulletins and investigate in-service fleet issues like a true problem solver
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Aerospace or Electrical Engineering
  2. 10+ years avionics experience—designing, installing, integrating, testing, and certifying
  3. 5 years’ experience supporting airworthiness certification under a TCCA framework of working knowledge of system design, test and certification requirements of aircraft auto flight, communication, navigation including FMS, indication/recording systems, cabin, and onboard maintenance systems.
