As an AWS Technical Architect, you will:

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify ROI and outcomes for moving to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, enhancing agent experience and productivity.
• Facilitate business process reviews to understand customer requirements.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.
• Lead discovery sessions, help build project ROI, and deliver presentations and estimates.
• Translate customer needs into contact center designs using best practices and AWS services.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality solutions on Salesforce and AWS Cloud.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating clearly and managing expectations.
• Implement best practices in contact center design across solutions.
• Manage all project and customer communications effectively.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead strategic discussions with contact center and customer service leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience with customer-facing contact centers.
• Proficiency in integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Knowledge of protocols and APIs like WebRTC and SIP.
• Hands-on scripting/coding skills (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with executives and IT teams.
• API integration expertise.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, Lex, and Call Routing.
• Understanding infrastructure requirements, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy.
• Knowledge of contact center architecture.
• Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Background in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Advanced AWS cloud knowledge and certifications (Practitioner, Developer, Solution Architect).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
