Job summary

Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Control Supervisor for our Toronto (YYZ) site. You will lead the MCC, guide Controllers, and ensure maintenance decisions align with regulatory and operational priorities.

The ideal candidate holds an AME M2 license, 10–15 years in aviation maintenance, and experience in MCC environments. Boeing 737 NG/MAX knowledge is a plus; AMOS experience preferred. Competitive benefits and unlimited travel perks accompany this on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Licensed AME M2 with Canada eligibility.
• 10–15 years aviation maintenance experience.
• Minimum 3 years MCC/Ops Control environment experience.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of CARs, MELs and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day oversight to MCC Controllers.
• Offer technical guidance during complex maintenance events.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee AOG events and measure operational response.
• Communicate maintenance status and regulatory updates to stakeholders.
