Job summary

Rise Air in Saskatchewan is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities across the province, reporting to the General Manager of Snowbird Aviation Services.

You will lead Facilities Attendants, coordinate contractors, and manage budgets while ensuring reliable HVAC, electrical, security, and grounds services. A 5+ year track record and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance or related field.
• Journeyperson certificate, technical diploma or FMA designation is an asset.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical and security systems.
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, problem‑solving and relationship management skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, travel within Saskatchewan, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities for Rise Air and Snowbird Aviation Services across Saskatchewan.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to Facilities Attendants and coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, grounds maintenance).
• Lead facility renovation, construction, and improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Respond to facility emergencies and support business continuity and recovery plans.
• Monitor budgets and prepare work plans, reports, and project updates for leadership.
