Job summary

Airbus is seeking an Engineering Configuration Management Analyst to join the Mirabel-based team, working with program, engineering, manufacturing and quality to deliver aircraft configuration management deliverables. The role supports cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment with emphasis on continuous improvement and knowledge capture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in the aerospace industry
• Bachelor's degree in related engineering field
• Engineer or Technologist
• Strong communication in English and French
• Excellent problem solving and project management skills

• Autonomous with ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Knowledge of Configuration Management basics is an asset
• Familiar with CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP, MS Office, Google workspace
• Good technical writing or training documentation skills

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Engineering Configuration Management Analyst to join our engineering department team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with program, engineering, manufacturing and quality functions in order to deliver aircraft configuration management deliverables.

Your challenges:

• Prepare and validate of the Aircraft Configuration Statement;
• Manage the Master and Configured Serialization List;

• Document operational methodologies for knowledge retention;

Your boarding pass:

• You have minimum five (5) years of experience in the aerospace industry (knowledge of configuration management and nomenclature is an asset);
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field;
• You're an Engineer or a Technologist;
• You have great abilities to communicate (oral and writing) in both English and French;
• You have excellent problem solving and project management skills;
• You are a team player and you are customer oriented;
• You have a positive and creative mindset;
• You are autonomous and have the ability to work simultaneously on several deliverables;
• Knowledge of Configuration Management basics is an asset;
• You are familiar with CATIA, ENOVIA, SAP, MS Office, Google workspace;
• You have good technical writing or training documentation skills.

Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
