Job summary

A leading aviation solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Business Analyst to support deployment of OCC products in North America and South America. Responsibilities include coordinating customer implementations, delivering training, and ensuring proper system use. Candidates should have 5+ years in the aviation industry and strong analytical skills. Offers flexible hours and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Aviation industry.
• At least 3 years in Commercial Flight Operations as a Crew Planner or Operations Controller.
• 3 years in a technical/analytical aviation business systems role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementations for customer product setups.
• Perform system training prior to go-live.
• Handle escalated customer support tickets.
• Conduct on-site/remote Customer Health Checks.
