Job summary

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support autonomous vehicle fleets across North America. You will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for daily deployment at a dedicated robotaxi depot.

The role involves coordinating depot operations, fleet readiness, inventory management, and collaboration with Safety Operators, Technicians, and Operations Leads. Training will be provided for candidates new to robotaxi environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable driving both EVs and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with digital checklists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready before each shift.
• Verify vehicle cameras, LiDAR, radar, mirrors, sensors, windows, and interiors.
• Perform pre-deployment and post-shift inspections per procedures.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules for EVs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes.
