Responsibilities

1. Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards.
2. Communicate effectively with Parts and Service Advisors.
3. Conduct multi-point inspections and document all work performed.
4. Maintain tools and stay updated with factory bulletins and training.
5. Provide excellent customer service to enhance loyalty and revenue.

Minimum Requirements

1. Licensed 310S Technician with Red Seal Certification.
2. BEV training is a plus.
3. Completion of relevant post-secondary training.
4. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and take supporting photos/videos.
6. Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in Canada.
7. High integrity and work ethic.
