The University of Alberta is seeking a vehicle technician to service and repair the institution’s fleet onsite at North Campus and South Campus in Edmonton.

This role covers passenger cars, vans, hybrids, buses, trailers, and trucks (Class 1–7), performing inspections, parts procurement, and managing work orders while guiding supervisors and staff.

Location - This role is in-person at North Campus and South Campus Edmonton.

This position is responsible for the comprehensive servicing and repair of the University of Alberta's owned vehicles. This encompasses a diverse range of units, including passenger cars, vans, hybrid vehicles, buses, trailers and trucks, ranging from Class 1 to Class 7. Essential duties also include the execution of commercial vehicle inspections, the procurement of necessary parts, the management of work orders, and the provision of technical guidance to supervisors, colleagues, and other University staff.
