The University of Alberta is seeking a Parking Services Supervisor at North Campus Edmonton. This in-person role oversees primary service delivery functions for Parking Services and supervises front-office staff.

You will maintain customer accounts, ensure service standards, and support preparation and delivery of parking permits while interacting with a high volume of customers across campus.

Location - This role is in-person at North Campus Edmonton.

The position oversees the primary service delivery functions for Parking Services, supervises Parking Services' front-office staff, and performs a variety of administrative and financial functions; this position is responsible to maintain Parking's customer accounts, develop, champion and maintain customer service standards and service delivery, and oversee the preparation and delivery of parking permits and provides significant ongoing support to all areas of the University's parking services operations. There is a very high level of customer contact is integral to the responsibilities of this position, and the incumbent is faced with a wide and complex range of working situations.
