Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2–3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and within a team with patience and professionalism.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts with prior notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resolutions to customer vehicle issues, dealership complaints, and warranty policies.
• Correspond to customer inquiries from inbound inquiries, emails and mail.
• Provide campaign information to customers and document according to policies.
• Document inquiries and update case files with appropriate documentation.
• Act as liaison between National Consumer Affairs and Regional Office on related issues.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
