Job summary

Canadian Tire Swift Current is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the main link between customers and technicians, guiding service maintenance and repairs. You will greet customers, gather vehicle needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and timely service.

The role emphasizes superb customer service, clear communication, and accurate work order management, with opportunities for development within a busy auto service team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical components of automobiles.
• Basic math and keyboarding skills.
• Customer service or sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role is an asset.
• Valid driver’s licence for province of employment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service and greeting customers.
• Provides excellent customer service and ensures ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
• Understands customer needs and provides them with a complete solution.
• Manages customer concerns and problems promptly.
