Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform repair work efficiently according to dealership standards.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed.
• Provide estimates for repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Service Technician Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Fast learner and team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
