Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of automotive experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical repairs and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and keep the drive-thru clean.
• Drive customer vehicles as required.
• Perform service vehicle washes and maintain vehicle quality standards.
• Assist with dealership operations, including supply and bank runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot.
• Project a positive attitude for customers and colleagues.
• Analyze client needs and offer suitable options and resolutions.
• Tag and park service vehicles; manage a busy parking area.
• Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Conduct free alignment inspections.
