Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Service Advisor in automotive field.
• CDK software experience.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Proficient with computer environments including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Schedules service appointments and collects vehicle data.
• Creates work orders and closes orders as appropriate.
• Invoices work orders and processes payments.
• Provides quotes or estimates for service.
• Advises customers on current status and potential additional work.
• Performs duties as required by the Service Manager.
