Perfect Link Tires & Auto in Calgary is seeking an Automotive Sales & Office Assistant who is friendly, motivated, and organized. You don't need to be an automotive expert; comfortable talking to customers, strong sales skills, and quick to learn are valued.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting customers, preparing quotations, helping close sales, scheduling, entering data, processing invoices, and keeping the front office tidy.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and in person.
• Confident and motivated to make sales.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Reliable and professional.
• Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales or customer service experience is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15–$18 per hour, based on experience.
• Commission opportunitiesbased on performance.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Training provided.

Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday to Saturday – Rotational Schedule
