Dilawri Group in Canada seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing all activities within the New and Used Sales Departments. This role plans, organizes, and manages sales operations to meet performance targets and uphold dealership standards.

You will lead training, maintain administrative accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent achievement of departmental goals.

Formación

• Proven automotive sales management experience (new and/or used).
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to evaluate performance and develop teams.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish long- and short-range goals for sales staff.
• Guide salespeople in achieving objectives.
• Recommend optimal vehicle inventory based on sales rate.
• Set profit and sales objectives and monitor weekly performance.
• Forecast, budget, and manage expenses for the department.
• Ensure CRM is used for follow-up and planning.
• Hire, train, and manage sales staff.
