  4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to ensure optimal vehicle selection and availability.
  5. Payroll Management: Gain experience managing commission, bonuses, and salaries for employees.
  6. Compliance & Lender Relations: Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  7. Employee Recruitment & Management: Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  8. ESA Compliance: Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
