Clutch Technologies Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Associate to deliver a uniquely special experience to each customer.

You will use your strong customer service skills to address needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint throughout the appointment. The role requires an Ontario G license, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, and a passion for cars in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.

About the role:

What you’ll do:

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• A major part of this job is having exceptional customer service skills, where you’ll be the face of the company in addressing customer needs,resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint throughout their appointment
• Need a sharp eye for detail as you inspect vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues, ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to our customers.
• You will be accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system inside our new facility!
• You’ll also be a team player by assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• 1+ years experience in the automotive industry an asset
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Have automotive experience and a passion for cars & comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• License: A G Drivers License (valid in Ontario)
• Driving Record: 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Availability:Part-time, with shifts from 3:00 PM–8:30 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekends.

• A passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Experience with warranty products so that you can answer any question that arise during the process
