Job summary

Fish Creek Nissan in Calgary, AB, is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems with OEM standards. You will mentor apprentices and maintain a safe, efficient work environment while delivering quality service.

Responsibilities include repairs per RO, collaborating with Parts/Service Advisors, and documenting work on RO. A strong knowledge of multiple makes/models and a valid journeyman certificate are required; Red Seal is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven diagnostic and repair capabilities across various vehicle makes and models.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems per OEM standards.
• Perform RO-based repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts/Service Advisors to manage repairs and cycle times.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs.
• Document all work on the repair order accurately.
• Maintain inventory of common tools and stay current with factory bulletins.
• Provide an exceptional repair experience to drive loyalty and revenue.
