Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or over the phone with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via phone, fax, email and over-the-counter, promoting brands and eCommerce channels.
• Deliver high level of customer service and upsell promotions.
• Handle customer transactions including sales, returns and defectives promptly.
• Ensure parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, signage and product presentation to maximize sales.
