Bumper to Bumper Canada is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for our Sault Ste. Marie, ON location. You will greet customers, upsell, and manage orders while delivering exceptional service in a busy parts environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of automotive aftermarket parts experience and is comfortable using the PartsWatch POS system, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a positive, engaging attitude in-person or over the phone.
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via phone, fax, email, and over-the-counter.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and upsell promotions.
• Handle transactions including sales, returns, and defects promptly.
• Ensure parts orders are accurately filled and delivered timely.
• Operate store POS system (PartsWatch) and assist with invoicing and orders.
• Assist merchandising and maintain product presentation and inventory levels.
• Follow cash, credit, and refund policies and SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and customers.
• Support warehouse functions and product delivery/pickup as required.
• Be an ambassador for the Bumper to Bumper Brand.
