Bumper to Bumper Canada in Calgary, AB is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for automotive aftermarket parts. You will greet customers, process orders, upsell products, and maintain accurate transactions across in-store, phone, fax and email channels.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge and an ambassadorial approach to the Bumper to Bumper brand, with opportunities for career development in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry (Jobber).
• Greet customers and support sales across channels.

Mansioni

• Greet all customers with a positive attitude.
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via phone, fax, email and in-store.
• Deliver high level of customer service and upsell promotions.
• Handle transactions and process returns timely.
• Ensure orders are filled and delivered timely.
• Operate POS system and search parts/catalog to invoice orders.
• Assist merchandising, inventory, signage and product presentation.
• Follow policies for cash, credit, refund and returns.
