Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket parts retail or service
• Strong customer-service and upselling skills
• Able to handle phone, email and in-store transactions

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude in person or over the phone
• Sell and support a diversified line of products via multiple channels
• Deliver high levels of customer service and promote promotions
• Handle sales, returns, and defects efficiently
• Ensure parts orders are filled and delivered accurately and promptly
• Operate the store POS system and search tools to invoice orders
• Support merchandising, inventory management and product presentation
• Follow policies on cash and returns and assist with branch operations
