Wagonmaster-Group in Richmond, British Columbia, is seeking an Automotive Fixed Operations Support Specialist to leverage dealership Fixed Operations expertise with SmartVMA. You will join our team to train, demonstrate, and support customers across Canada.

You will work as the Fixed Operations expert, teaching Service Departments how to use the program and providing ongoing assistance, while traveling as needed. This is not a traditional sales role.

Qualifications

• Must have current or previous experience in automotive dealership Fixed Operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership Service Department operations and processes.
• Clear verbal communication skills in English.
• Confident presenting, demonstrating and training in front of individuals or groups.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Comfortable learning and working with technology-based programs.

Responsabilités

• Attend automotive dealerships with Sales Representatives and support customer meetings.
• Present and demonstrate SmartVMA to dealership personnel.
• Train and teach Service Department personnel on how to use the program effectively.
• Explain processes and concepts clearly to Service Advisors, Service Managers and dealership management.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up after implementation.
• Build strong working relationships with dealership Service Departments and Fixed Operations teams.
• Understand customer needs and help determine how SmartVMA can best support their Service Department.
• Troubleshoot questions and help customers resolve issues.
• Work with the Sales Representative to ensure customers receive a high level of support throughout the relationship.
