Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial services or equivalent, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a VSA license.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a VSA license.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and products.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist customers during financing and delivery, in-store and via follow-ups.
• Explain financing, leasing, and payment options clearly.
• Present and structure finance/lease contracts with lenders and dealership guidelines.
• Offer extended warranties, insurance, and protection products.
• Work with sales, management, and lenders to secure approvals and finalize deals.
• Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and dealership systems.
• Coordinate with delivery teams for a smooth vehicle handover.
• Stay current on lending programs and rate changes.
