Job summary

Crown Auto Group is seeking a Delivery Coordinator at Winnipeg Honda to ensure units are ready two hours before delivery and to guide customers through the facility.

You will coordinate showroom and outside deliveries, inspect arrivals, introduce department heads, explain services and portal navigation, and help schedule future service. This role emphasizes strong communication, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach within a family-oriented team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or relevant experience.
• Outgoing personality and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work full-time hours including weekends.
• Interest in automotive industry and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all units are ready 2 hours before delivery (New and CPO).
• Deliveries outside showroom with delivery door access.
• Inspect deliveries with FSM for complete commitments.
• Give customers a tour of the facility and introduce department heads.
• Explain services and portal usage to customers.
