Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while performing key administrative tasks. You will engage with customers, insurance personnel, and team members to ensure smooth repair workflows and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience while handling administrative tasks.
• Maintain consistent WOW plan execution and positive customer interactions.
• Manage rental vehicle confirmations, reservations, and towing requests.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims personnel.
• Coordinate towing arrangements and cost against Repair Orders.
• Follow up on assignments and confirm appointments with customers.
• Reconcile Repair Orders prior to closing and monitor accounts receivable.
