Your next opportunity awaits at Fletcher Jones Management West. We are currently hiring an experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join the team in Ontario, California as part of our centralized Regional Business Office.

The Automotive New and Used Contracts Clerk is tasked with obtaining, completing and submitting all documents relating to the sale of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Bill all new and used car deals and post into accounting.
  • Organize all paperwork in each deal, check for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institution.
  • Generate and maintain commission reports.
  • Route paid deals to the title clerk as soon as money is received.
  • Reconciling schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting required
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership DMS, preferably CDK
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good social and interpersonal skills

Pay: $25 - $33 / hour
