Job summary

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary

Step 1: $37.84/hour
Step 2: $40.90/hour

Probationary Period

After the 90-day worked probationary period

Your role

Are you interested in playing a key role in supporting our Finance team by providing general accounting support in treasury and accounts payable? Do you possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities? If so, your place could be with us!

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute activities such as preparing reports, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts to support financial accounting requirements.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes as needed.
  • Maintain electronic financial records, reports, queries, and databases.
  • Maintain documentation inventory according to corporate records management procedures.
Your Profile
  • High school diploma and post-secondary studies in Financial Accounting.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, year-end scheduling, accruals, and sales tax.
  • Knowledge of business financial software, such as SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, to communicate with teams in Quebec and Ontario.
