Performance Auto Group in Brampton, Ontario, is hiring a BDC Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, email communication, and appointment scheduling to drive vehicle sales.

You will work with our CRM to track interactions, study products, and support marketing campaigns. Compensation ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in the automotive service industry.
• Must have a valid OMVIC license or be willing to attain one.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively by telephone and email with customers (inbound and outbound).
• Schedule appointments.
• Respond promptly to web leads and inquiries and follow up with clients.
• Update the CRM with information from conversations.
• Schedule, log, and confirm appointments to meet targets.
